  • Retreats
We also run 1 or 2 day retreats that incorporate other modalities such as yoga, tai chi, meditation and mindfulness.

Laughter Workshop Topics

We have different types of laughter workshops that are designed for:

  • Stress Management
  • Resilience
  • Team Connection
  • Holistic Health
  • Mental Wellness
  • Mindfulness.

A very popular new addition focuses on men’s health.

We have several NEW workshops for you to invest in for 2024/5.

  1. Life is always better when you’re less stressed.
This workshop is designed for those who are looking for ways to Reduce Stress levels. A recent study conducted on ABC TV show Catalyst showed that we can reduce stress levels by up to 65% in just half an hour. See the video below for evidence of this.
  2. But life isn’t always fair or prefect.
This workshop is specifically designed for people to bounce back from adversity. This Resilience Workshop shows people how to laugh in spite of problems. Laughter doesn’t solve your problems but it dissolves them to a point where we can better deal with them.
  3. We work better and outcomes are bigger when we’re connected.
In this laughter workshop you will experience how we develop better relationships that lead to Team Connection. When we laugh as a group there is no hierarchy and we develop a social connection that is vital post Covid.
  4. Learn the 7 Areas for Optimum Health Outcomes.
In this laughter workshop you will discover that our optimum health relies on the 7 areas of our whole self sometimes referred to as Chakras. Holistic Health is when these areas are open, aligned, and balanced, and you are then less likely to become sick.
  5. Improve your mental health with sustained intentional laughter.
Mental health is more than the absence of mental illness. In this workshop you will learn how laughing can instantly reduce anxiety and depression levels, while promoting Mental Wellness through positivity. Our 2024 academic book on Positive Psychology through Laughter and Humour explains this more fully.
  6. Keep Focussed.
Mindfulness is about being focussed. When we laugh our brain goes into the same gamma frequency state that is only otherwise achieved through deep and prolonged meditation. Laughter is a breathing exercise that calms and stimulates the mind. It has been shown that this can happen in less than a minute.
